I was a bit worried about the quality of the pieces because of the reviews, but once they arrived and I unpacked them I was more then thrilled with the quality, style, and feel of the pieces.
The soup spoons and dinner forks are nice and big at a solid 8" long. The dinner knives are much larger then I expected at 9 1/2" long, but I am glad they are (I'm a big guy, I like big things).
The one thing I was worried about was them being flimsy and thin, but they are far from it. All of the pieces have heft to them and are fairly thick, but not too thick, just the perfect balance. And they all have great mouth feel and handle very well.
The design is nice and simple but elegant enough to look formal. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this service set and would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a clean and simple service set for everyday use.
